Fernando originally from Mexico city, and fluent in Spanish, and English.
In 1996 came on vacation to playa del Carmen where tested scuba diving for the first time, and he decided to change everything for diving, after working on diferent dive centers, in 1998 becomes Dive Master and a year later open water instructor working for different resorts of the Rivera Maya.
It was in 2002 when he decided to take his cave course and is when he got amazed by the hidden wonders on this wonderful state.
After being a cavern guide in 2004 he did a cross over to IANTD to start , a career in technical and caves diving , is in 2006 when he reach one of the great goals became a technical Cave instructor.
2007 I reach the levels of trimix instructor and stage/multistage and sidemount.
After teaching for a while, I decided to continue my education and in 2008 I certify as IT (instructor trainer) from IANTD at the level of Advanced Nitrox , in 2010 I converted in the first Mexican to reach the title of IT in advanced caves in IANTD, passing my passion and experience to new generations of divers and future instructors

Since Fernando turned Pro in diving has registered some 7000 dives of which over 2500 dives are between technical dives and caves with equipment specialized as double, stages/multistage, tanks extended penetration, sidemount.
Fernando has also participated in some projects as safety officer, explorations in the South of Akumal, mystery Maya cenote in the house for the municipality of solidaridad, also serves as an expert in diving for the justice department
